  • Step 1 - Request: Submit a request form with all the necessary details.

    Step 2 - Estimate: You will receive a reply email from us with a complete estimate based on your request.

    Step 3 - Invoice: You will receive a PayPal invoice from us after we reviewed your request. A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required before painting start.

    Step 4 - Schedule: We then add you to our calendar/commission list. You will also receive a google calendar invitation to keep you updated with the progress.

    Step 5 - Concept Art: You will receive a personalize concept art within a week prior to your scheduled dates. Your approval is needed before start of painting.

    Step 6 - Painting: Painting starts after all parties (Client/Artist) are in agreement of the artwork details and concept art.

    Step 7 - Updates: You will continue to receive updates or work in progress pictures/videos until completion.

    Step 8 - Shipping: Once the invoice is paid in full. We will ship your custom item with added insurance based on the item and artwork value.

  • Our current turnaround time is located at the top header.

    Turnaround time varies depending on demand and projects completed.

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our custom products, we are not able to offer refunds, exchanges or warranties? Each custom is meticulously hand-painted to achieve a one-of-a-kind design. The time it takes to paint varies on details and difficulty. Therefore, it would not be fair for us to issue a refund after completing the service.

    This is an artwork purchase NOT a product purchase. Normal wear and tear will apply to the most vulnerable or used area of each item.

  • Yes, all of our custom belts are fully wearable. We use an acrylic leather paint designed to adhere and bend with the leather. However, it is important to note that you are purchasing an artwork and normal wear and tear still applies. Damages on the belts varies on frequency and intensity of each user. We are NOT responsible for any damages once each clients receive their custom belt.

  • All of our custom artwork is coated with acrylic seal finish binding the paint and fabric of the shoes. Although, if you want to keep your custom art from getting dirty, we suggest using a non-wet spray. We do not recommend putting your custom art in the washing machine and dryer. Use lightly damp cloth to gently wipe off dirt.

  • Please contact us immediately regarding this question and we will try to help you out if possible. The current lead time to complete an order is located at the top header of the website. Shipping days do not count. If you cannot wait through the current wait list, a rush fee and premium shipping fee may apply depending on demand.

  • Yes, however, shoes/belts must be BRAND NEW and unworn. We reserve the rights to send you back the belt if we feel that it had been were previously worn, dirty or not up to our standards.

    You can send us used headphones as long as they are clean prior.

  • Yes, we welcome bulk orders for teams, corporate events, or even parties, etc. Everything will depend on quantity and details of the artwork as well as the date you need them by. Please contact us if you plan on purchasing bulk orders. We are more than happy to help you out through the process.

  • Yes, shipping cost will apply and added to your invoice.

  • Form of payment is through PayPal invoice. That is what we use for receipts and proof of purchase.
