Each custom belts are meticulously hand-painted and designed to your specifications down to the smallest details. The process can take up to 2 to 4 weeks (50 to 100+ hours) depending on size. Starting from prepping/priming each belt all the way to sealing it.

Submit a request form with all the necessary details.

You will receive a PayPal invoice from us once we review your request. A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required to reserve your spot in the calendar/commission list.

Once deposit is confirmed. We then add you to our calendar/commission list. You will also receive a google calendar invite to help you keep track of the process.

You will receive a personalize concept art a few days prior to your scheduled dates. Your approval is needed before start of painting.

You will receive an invoice reminder from us once you approve the concept art. To start the painting process, you MUST pay the invoice in full.

Painting starts after invoice is paid in full and when all parties (Client/Artist) agree with terms of condition, artwork details and concept art.

You will continue to receive updates or work in progress pictures/videos until completion.

Once the artwork is completed. We will ship your custom item to the shipping address you provided on the PayPal invoice along with added insurance based on the item and artwork value.

Each design is a 1 of 1 custom and will never be duplicated on other belts.
We DO NOT sacrifice quality for quick turnaround. All belts are painted using flexible and waterproof leather paint. It is a highly durable, flexible and waterproof leather paint.
Our custom belts are functional and highly recommended for standard use, even though many of our clients chose to have their belts on display.
Each belt also comes with a high gloss leather topcoat finish for extra waterproof protection and luxurious patented leather feeling.

Pricing includes the following:
• Each order INCLUDES a choice of ROGUE or SBD APPAREL. BLACK LEATHER: 13MM - 4” LEVER BELT.
• Full detail artwork covering the entire leather exterior of the belt.
• High gloss topcoat finish. Waterproof patented finish.
• Free shipping (UPS Ground: 1 - 3 Days) with insurance. Optional signature delivery confirmation (US only).
• International shipping is an additional $300. We do not cover customs/duty fees.
• The pricing covers the cost of materials, time and any applicable taxes and PayPal fees.

The amount of characters does not lower nor increase the price of each custom belts. Multiple characters are encouraged but we highly suggest no more than 8 - 10 on (XS, S, M) and no more than 12 - 15 on (L, XL).
An overall theme is also an option if you prefer not to have specific characters.
