Character amount determines the price. The process it takes to complete each pair of headphones are complex and a lot more challenging than painting shoes or belts. Our process ensures the longevity and quality of the artwork.

Due to the nature of our custom products, we are not able to offer refunds, exchanges or warranties. Each custom is meticulously hand-painted to achieve one-of-a-kind design. The time it takes to paint varies on details and difficulty. Therefore, it would not be fair for us to issue a refund after completing the service. This is an artwork purchase NOT a product/merch purchase. Normal wear and tear will apply to the most vulnerable or used area of each item. BantigueARTS LLC is NOT affiliated with any of the brands mentioned or shown above. We are not a manufacturer nor distributor. Upon submitting this form, we will review your request and send you an invoice regarding your order. Not paying your invoice after a week will cancel the order. If we need more information, we will contact you via email. You may get text message alert if you added your phone number.

A perfect companion while working out or just lounging around. Each custom headphones are sanded and prepped with special plastic adhesion to make ensure the longevity of the artwork.

This is a piece of device that you can proudly wear anywhere, anytime, no matter the occasion.

Submit a request form with all the necessary details.
You will receive a PayPal invoice from us once we review your request. A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required to reserve your spot in the calendar/commission list.
Once deposit is confirmed.
We will send you our address so you can send us your headphones at your convenience.
We then add you to our calendar/commission list. You will also receive a google calendar invite to help you keep track of the process.
You will receive a personalize concept art a few days prior to your scheduled dates. Your approval is needed before start of painting.
You will receive an invoice reminder from us once you approve the concept art. To start the painting process, you MUST pay the invoice in full.
Painting starts after invoice is paid in full and when all parties (Client/Artist) agree with terms of condition, artwork details and concept art.
You will continue to receive updates or work in progress pictures/videos until completion.
Once the artwork is completed. We will ship your custom item to the shipping address you provided on the PayPal invoice along with added insurance based on the item and artwork value.

Order does not include a pair of headphones. You must send us a new pair or a pair you already own.
Free shipping with insurance as well as optional signature delivery confirmation (US only).
The artwork pricing INCLUDES the cost of material, time as well as any applicable taxes and PayPal fees.
Form of payment is through PayPal invoice only. That is what we use for receipts and proof of purchase.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required, to reserve your spot on our commission list/calendar.
Once deposit is received, we will send you a calendar schedule for when we start your custom headphones.
For hygiene purposes please ensure that your headphones are clean before sending it in.
We reserve the right to refuse your request, if we find that the headphones are not up to our standards.
We are not a refurbisher, restoration nor tech engineers. We will not fix your headphones for you.
We only paint on headphones. No additional cosmetics will be added or taken out.
